Cancellation Policy - Austin Pretty Girl

Your appointments and convenience are of the highest importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 - hours notice. You may go online, call, or email us to make changes to your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Cancellation fees will be applied to the credit on file and a credit card is required to book all appointments.

The client is 100% responsible for remembering their appointment date and time.

Our Policy

​

- Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% fee of the original reserved service price. 

​

 - No Call/No Show will be charged 50% of the original booked service price.  

​

 - Multiple services not canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. 

​

 - If we cannot charge the credit card on file for your cancellation fee you will be required to pay all fees before your next appointment can be booked. 

​

- Repeat no-shows and cancellations will result in a 100% full-service fee and be unable to schedule services.
