STAYING COVID-19 FREE
With what feels like the very ending fight with COVID-19 we are updating our Studio Guidelines. At this time our office is COVID-19 Free and this is how we plan to stay that way.
Our staff has been grounded from all flight travel and out of state trips.
All clients that have traveled OUT OF STATE will have to wait 14 days to book and come in for an appointment.
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
Please know these guidelines are put into place because we work 6 inches from our clients' faces and in some cases up to 1-3 hours at a time.
Please email us with any questions you have about your account so we may look into them before your arrival.
If you need to update your CC on file please call us to do so.
We require a CC on file to book all appointments and will not be charged until your service day unless canceled the same day of your appointment.
Please know that we have the right to refuse services for any reason if we feel a client may be ill or have been exposed to any form of illness or has traveled out of state. Including and excluding COVID-19 symptoms.
Please Read Carefully - Office Environment & Check-Ins:
Our lobby/boutique area is closed at this time but you are welcome to look at items after your appointments with gloves on that we will provide you.
We ask that you please wait in your car and call us to check-in at 512-445-3210.
When you call we will check you in, close your ticket, schedule any additional appointments, and/or answer any questions.
If you would like to add a gratuity to your service please let us know when checking in so we may close your ticket beforehand. We strongly encourage NO CASH!
Once you have been checked in/out we will see if your technician is ready for you. If she is still with a client or is sanitizing the room we ask that you wait in your car and we will call you when your technician is ready.

No guests or children are allowed in the office unless they have an appointment.
We will be implementing temperature checks with a touch-less infrared thermometer for our employees and each guest with an appointment who enters the salon. Any employee or guest who has a temperature above 99 F will be sent home immediately and not allowed to return to the studio until they have no fever and no evidence of COVID-19 Symptoms.
We are adding time and space in between clients to enforce deep cleaning with medical-grade sterilization products after each and every client to ensure everyone’s health.
If you do not have a mask we will be PROVIDING you with a mask at check-in.
We will be unable to allow you in the office without a mask.
Hand sanitizer, tissues and a trash can will be at the front door for everyone to use when coming in and out of the office.
You have till the end of the business day the day before your service to cancel your appointment without a fee so we may fill that spot. Some appointments can be up to 2-3 hours long and can not be filled if canceled the same day. If you wake up feeling ill we please ask you not to come in and go get checked at your local medical facility.
Please know that some of our staff have newborns and children at home and we don't want to get them, us, you, or other clients sick by the spread of COVID-19 or any other illness.
